If the buyer of the product acts as a consumer within the meaning of Law 2251/1994, he is granted a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the product by himself or the third authorized person (carrier of the consumer's choice or another third party), without justification and without any financial burden beyond the costs of sending and returning the product to the Company.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Company, with a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post, fax or email. You can also use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. The withdrawal form can also be completed and submitted electronically via this withdrawal form. If you use this feature, we will immediately email you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal. After the expiry of the above period, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is no longer possible.

Returning the product to the Company is at your own risk and expense. The return is possible either by delivery of the product by you to our physical store (Company with the name "PECLIVANIDIS LAZAROS MONOPROSSOPI I.K.E." and with the distinguishing title "PEXLIVANIDIS SPARE PARTS" located in the Municipality of Oreokastro, 10o km of Derveni, Thessaloniki , with tax number 801998768, DOU Lagada No. 167894304000, with contact number 2310681597) or by sending the product to the address of our physical store with a transport company or courier of your choice. In any case, the return of the product must be made within 14 days from the day of the declaration of withdrawal. If the product has been sent before the expiry of the above period, the return is considered as on time.

The product you are returning must be in perfect condition, exactly as you received it, without damage. At the same time, the product must be accompanied by the document of our Company, so that it is possible to identify your order.

In the case of minimal use-testing of the product, which is returned within the above deadline, the Company will refund you 70% of the price paid. Upon receipt of your notice of withdrawal, we are required to promptly refund the price of the returned product, including delivery costs, within the time limits prescribed by law. However, the Company reserves the right to withhold the price until the product is returned or until at least the proof of delivery of the product is sent to the carrier for return. The refund is made either by depositing the specific amount of money to a bank account of your choice or to your credit card, if the price was paid by credit card. If the price was paid in cash, it will also be refunded in cash, after the product has been delivered to
our physical store.

In the event that the cancellation concerns only a part of your order, the shipping costs related only to the specific product being returned will be refunded.
